Ownership is a joint ownership is a legal entity through which any number of
investors become co-owners (shareholders) of a property. The property is “owned”
by a private entity, which sells “shares” to investors, who receive share certificates.
Thus allowing shareholders
a holiday period per year depending on the percentage bought.
As an example:
1/8th share allows
shareholders 6.5 weeks per annum. These weeks are arranged in a rota basis and
you can use the property at anytime, if it is not in use by your co-owners.
Every property has a owners website and form where you can book your holiday
and or talk with your property partners.
With your purchase of a fractional
interest in a Fractional Villa, the majority of the costs are covered by the
other owners of the property allowing you to experience the best a vacation
home can offer. Not a floating ownership in a series of
